The process of therapy is based on the client’s needs, identifying the problem, who is involved, and determining the factors that contribute to maintaining the problem.
For me, it is imperative that you feel very comfortable and safe during the therapy and be the main actor in your process.

There may be times when you are unable to leave work or home, or just you are traveling. Online therapy provides an effective way to continue your process without any pause.
The process is the same as in person but through Google Meet, Skype, WhatsApp, or Facetime.
