Cancellation policy

Scheduled appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved unless it is canceled. If the appointment is cancelled AFTER 24 hours, the client WILL BE financially responsible for that time.
