Immigration Psychological Evaluations in Texas
I provide professional immigration psychological evaluations in Texas to support legal cases, including VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), Extreme Hardship Waivers, Asylum, and U Visa applications.
These evaluations are designed to deliver clear, detailed, and clinically sound reports that can strengthen your immigration case and support your legal process.
What Is Included in the Evaluation Process
Each evaluation is comprehensive and tailored to the specific requirements of your case:
- Case Information Review
Collection and review of all relevant documents, records, and background information to establish hardship, credible fear (asylum), domestic violence (VAWA), or crime-related impact (U Visa). This step must be completed prior to the clinical interview. - Initial Clinical Interview
A detailed psychological interview to understand your personal history, current situation, and emotional impact related to your case. - Follow-Up Psychological Sessions
A minimum of two additional sessions to further assess emotional, psychological, and trauma-related factors. - Psychological Testing (if required)
Standardized assessments may be administered depending on the nature of your case. - Collaboration with Your Attorney (if needed)
Coordination or review with your immigration attorney to ensure alignment with legal requirements. - Comprehensive Final Report (in English)
A thorough, evidence-based psychological evaluation report (not a simple letter), prepared according to professional and legal standards. - Final Review Session
During the last session, the report is explained in detail. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, and a signed copy will be provided.
Fees and Payment Structure
The total fee for the immigration psychological evaluation is $1,000 USD.
- Initial Payment – $500 (50%)
Due at the time of scheduling your initial interview.
You must provide all relevant documents and case information at this stage.
This fee is non-refundable. - Eligibility Review Adjustment
If after the initial interview it is determined that the evaluation cannot support your case, you will be notified promptly and $200 USD will be refunded from the initial payment. - Final Payment – $500 (50%)
Due after the second psychological session if the evaluation process continues.
Report Delivery Timeline
Your final psychological evaluation report will be completed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days after the final session.
